My thoughts and prayers to BIll's family. I had the honor and privilege to work with Bill and count him as a friend. We wrote policies together, audited together and shared our family joys with each other. When Bill retired from BSDC, l got one of his audit clipboards and still have it today. Bill always talked positively about me to others and l know this because others have shared that with me. I will miss him.
