What a shock and how saddening it was to learn of Lorna's death. I will always be thankful for the time she spent helping my mother, Gertrude Penner, and for her caring after mom left her home. Lorna was a very special blessing! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Lorna was my best friend for several years. I miss her so much! She always provided such words of comfort when I was going through hard times, but we had many happy times that we shared also. I have several letters that she wrote to me and a couple of things that she made for me. They mean even more to me today.

So sorry for your loss. Lorna was a great help to me when she was a Vista at CISDA /New Beginnings and we remainded friends. She would call me when she needed advise on major decisions in her life and I would let her talk them out and she would come up with the right decision on her own. I will miss those decision making listening sessions we had. What a great lady! Carol, Retired CISDA

Recently Lorna met us for lunch in Beatrice at Valentino's. We were so thrilled to visit with her. We loved Lorna having been classmates at Marysville High. Lorna often called me for chats. She actually came to Michigan a few years back and stayed with us.
She always expressed her gratitude to Jesus for allowing her to live near her children.
Lorna spent her life caring for others. May she now be with her precious Savior in Heaven. We will miss her so much.
She was a fine musician, polite lady, and a very special friend.

I had just visited with Lorna when my sister (Billie McLeod) saw Lorna in Beatrice . she was a wonderful friend to us. Our deepest sympathy to her family & friends. I know how she loved all you.
