I've worked with the public with my jobs since I got out of high school and Harold was one of the Beatrice icons I would frequently bump in to. Harold was always a great guy to deal with and I enjoyed seeing him and having a chat - if anything just to say hi. I'd see him out on the lawn mowers mowing for the city. I'm going to miss him - it seems we always lose our best people first. RIP Harold and my sympathies to Harold's family.
