Scott Shirey

Scott Shirey, 60 years of age, of Diller peacefully passed the morning of Sunday, June 16, 2024. He was born on May 10, 1964 in Scottsbluff to Lee and Apryl (Flower) Shirey. Scott’s gentle soul was at rest in part because Tad, his Swiss Shepard friend and companion, found a new and loving home.

Scott is survived by his mother and stepfather, Apryl and Pete Eggleston, of Denver, Colorado; sister, Angie Tyser, and her husband Sheldon of Hallam; and his two children, Ryan and Laticia Tolbert who were adopted by their stepfather when young but in recent years came back into his life and their children. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Shirey.
