John G. Tucker, Jr.

John G. Tucker Jr., 72 years of age, of Diller passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Society in Beatrice. He was born on November 18, 1952 in Omaha to John Sr. and Alma (LeBeau) Tucker. John worked as a steel worker for many years in Chicago. Later, he married Kathryn Lottman. John was known to many as “Pretty Boy Johnny” and enjoyed the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls and the Chicago Bears (when they were good).

John is survived by his children, Robert Tucker and wife Christine of Des Plaines, Illinois, Victoria Regalato of Streamwood, Illinois, Marsha Tucker of Beatrice; step sons, Brent Lottman and wife Kari of Peru, Nathan Lottman and significant other Jody Franzen of Lincoln, Matthew Lottman of Beatrice; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Vickie Tucker-Hunnicutt of Beatrice, Harriet Stonearrow of Minnesota; and brother, James Tucker and wife Alba of Hawthorne, California. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kathryn Tucker on January 23, 2016; daughter, Elizabeth Tucker; and infant brother, Robert Tucker.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 28, 2025 at Harman-Wright Mortuary with Chaplain Sharon Schuster officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Home Cemetery in Beatrice. Visitation will be held at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from noon to 8 PM with family greeting friends from 5 to 7 PM.
