Jesse James Spencer

Jesse James Spencer, 27 years of age, of Tecumseh passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023 in Tecumseh. He was born on April 1, 1996 in Lincoln to Kristopher and Teri (Renker) Spencer. Jesse was a very good misunderstood boy growing up and attended West Kearney High School in Kearney. He enjoyed music, playing guitar, reading, drawing, was adventurous and had dreams of becoming a tattoo artist.

Jesse is survived by his father, Kristopher Spencer of Wymore; sisters, Grace Harr and husband Nathan of Beatrice, Kassidy Dell and husband Taylor; brother, Ashley Sharp and significant other Angel Schmidt of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews; and grandparents, Dean and Deb Spencer of Douglas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Teri Spencer.

Private family memorial services will be held. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary & Crematory in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
