Jack Hoyle Obituary

Jack W. Hoyle, 85 years of age, of Wymore, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 18, 2018 at his home. He was born on November 23, 1932 in Wymore to Arthur and Freda (Crumb) Hoyle. Jack served in the United States Navy during the Korean War from October 16, 1950 to November 13, 1953. He married Loraine Carpenter and they later divorced. Jack worked for the Beatrice Fire Department for 32 years retiring as Captain in 1988. While working at the fire department, he also worked 40 years at the Farmers Cooperative Elevator. Jack then delivered bottled gas for Spud Welding & Supply. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, visiting and telling stories.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Kelly Frye and fiance Vern Cain of Wymore; son, Jeff Hoyle and wife Sara of Lincoln; grandchildren, Kristen Siefford, Kyleigh and Jacob Frye, Brianna, Anthony and Madison Hoyle; and great grandchildren, Dakota, Mason and Atreyu Siefford. He was preceded in death by his parents; and 3 sisters, Wanda Edmondson and husband Ed, Maxine Folden and husband John and Barb Weise and husband Carl.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, June 22, 2018 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Jon Palmquist officiating. Interment with military rites will follow in the Evergreen Home Cemetery in Beatrice. Closed casket visitation will be held from 9 AM to 8 PM Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
