Heidi D. (McHenry) Hock

Heidi D. (McHenry) Hock, 41 years of age, of Beatrice passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on May 14, 1984 in Tecumseh to Rex and LaDonna (Speakman) McHenry. Heidi graduated from Lewiston Consolidated Schools in 2002. On June 24, 2016, she married Ryan Hock in York and they began blending their families. They moved to Beatrice in 2017 and Heidi started working at the Good Samaritan Society in housekeeping and eventually as a cook. They spent the majority of their time raising their family. Heidi enjoyed traveling and watching football, hockey and the Golden Girls.

Heidi is survived by her husband, Ryan; children, Autumn Packett and fiancé Charles McCall of Beatrice, Jaden McHenry and significant other Stacy Oliver of Burchard; Alexis McHenry of Beatrice; stepchildren, Riley Hock, Issac Hock, both of Beatrice; grandchildren, Kashlee and Grayson McHenry, Maisie McCall; father, Rex McHenry of Burchard; and sister, Jodi McHenry and significant other Will Ebeling of Beatrice. She was preceded in death by her mother.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary & Crematory in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
