Beverly Ruth (Provenzo) Irwin

Beverly Ruth (Provenzo) Irwin, 91 years of age, of Beatrice passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at the Good Samaritan Society in Beatrice. She was born on November 10, 1933, in Warren, Pennsylvania to Charles Sr. and Gwendolyn (Hogue) Provenzo.  She was a member of Salvation Army Church in Beatrice and had a beloved cat named Princess. In her spare time, Beverly enjoyed puzzles, crocheting and playing dominoes with friends.

Beverly is survived by her daughters: Carol (Paul) Frase of Beatrice, Lila (Bill) Stewart of O’Neill, NE; her sister Edna (Ronald) Prince Dunkirk, NY; 8 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands Leonard Smith and Quay Irwin, sons Leon and Paul Smith, and siblings Joyce Childs and Charles Provenzo Jr.
