Andrew Dean Zitel

Andrew Dean Zitel, age 3 months and 22 days gained his angel wings on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center. He was born on April 23, 2024 in Beatrice to Ashlen Zitel and Jason Richards. Andrew was a sweet and happy-go-lucky boy. He enjoyed cuddles with his brother and sister, watching Doggyland with his brother, watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with his sister and being in his bouncer while his cousins played.

Andrew is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ashlen Zitel and Austin Meyn; father, Jason Richards; sister, Kalli Richards; brother, Alexander Danek; grandparents, Barb Harrison and husband Dale, Kristina Meyn and significant other Clayton Day, Pam Zitel; great grandparents, John Shaw Sr., Deb Bishop, Dennis Collins and wife Tammy, all of Beatrice; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Peter Andrew Zitel; and great grandparents, David Bishop and Mary Shaw.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 23, 2024 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Condolences may be left online at www.harmanwrightmortuary.com.
