Peggy Jo Nickels

Peggy Jo Nickels, 57 years of age, of Beatrice passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Bryan Medical Center East in Lincoln. She was born on December 12, 1961 in Beatrice to Jerry and Ellen (Diekman) Nickels. Peggy graduated from Beatrice High School and enjoyed camping, fishing and cross stitch.

Peggy is survived by her partner, Randy Bowden; mother, Ellen Jurgena, both of Beatrice; 3 sons, Jeremy Weirs and wife Karla of Pickrell, Laithan Munstermann of Beatrice, Dakotah Munstermann of Colorado; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; son, Logan Weirs; and brother, Ted Nickels.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 5, 2019 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Pastor Lila Bottolfsen officiating. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary & Crematory in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
