Jo Dean Goetsch

Jo Dean Goetsch, 78, Beatrice, NE passed away Monday, October 21, 2019 at CHI Nebraska Heart in Lincoln, NE.  He was born December 5, 1940 in Evans, CO to Walter and Pauline (Sorensen) Goetsch. Jo married Karen Crowley on March 11, 1966 in Greeley, CO. He is a member of the First Christian Church in Beatrice.

Survivors include his wife, Karen of Beatrice; daughter, Stacey Gydesen and husband Scott of Odell, NE; grandchildren, Mackenzie Gydesen of Maryville, MO, Teagan Gydesen and significant other, Michelle Cary of Marysville, KS, Cassidy Gydesen of Beatrice, and Camaryn Gydesen of Peru, NE; brother, Marno Goetsch and wife Judy of Lompoc, CA; sister, Deanne Sarchet and husband Bob of Longmont, CO; brother-in-law, Chuck Crowley and wife Ginny of Denver, CO; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother Leo Goetsch.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 25, 2019 at the First Christian Church in Beatrice with pastor David Bigley officiating. A family prayer service will be held 10:45 AM Friday in the church parlor. No visitation, cremation has taken place.
