Jeremy L. Lopez

Jeremy L. Lopez, 34 years of age, of Beatrice passed away unexpectedly at Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center after injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident Sunday, January 12, 2020. He was born in Cuero, Texas on March 9, 1985 to Leroy Jr. and Rhonda (Probst) Lopez. Jeremy married Teresa May on July 5, 2009. He was currently employed at Landoll Corporation in Marysville, Kansas as a forklift driver. Jeremy was a loving father who loved spending time with his son Alec and the rest of the family. He also enjoyed video games, the Texas Longhorns and would do anything for anyone.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Teresa; children, Amanda Bishop and husband Jeremy of Beatrice, Tim Denton of Tecumseh, Jessica Denton, Erica Franzen, Bubba Franzen, Autumn Franzen, Alec May, all of Beatrice; 11 grandchildren;  parents, Leroy Jr and Rhonda Lopez; grandmother, Sharon Albert of Beatrice; brother, Leroy Lopez III and wife Whitney of Cortland; sisters-in-law, Melissa Neil and husband Cory, Rose Allen and husband Chris, both of Beatrice; brothers-in-law, Doug May and special friend Rhonda Weatherby of Hickman, James May and wife Sheri, Brian May and wife Lori, both of Beatrice; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leroy Sr. and Elena Lopez and Larry Probst.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Connections Church in Beatrice with Pastor Ryan Martinez officiating. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Home Cemetery in Beatrice. Visitation will be held from noon to 8 PM with family greeting friends from 6 to 7 PM Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
