Jeffrey Allen Hinz

Jeffrey Allen Hinz, 51, Beatrice, NE, died on Monday, April 2, 2018, at the St. Elizabeth Regional Center, Lincoln, NE. He was born July 14, 1966 in Fairbury, NE.  Jeff graduated from Tri County High School and received his bachelor degree at Peru State College.  He was a cook for Woody’s Diner. Jeff was very creative doing all kinds of art, posting short films online and enjoyed gaming.

Survivors include his sisters, Sherry Tew & husband Paul of Tucson, AZ, Debbie Brown & husband Ron Spero of Florida; brother, James “Jim” Hinz of Beatrice; nieces, Michelle Layman of Beatrice, Christina Lehr & husband Art of Omaha, NE;6 great-nieces and nephews; uncle Raymond Hinz & wife Bonnie of Harbine, NE; aunt Verda Cacek of Broken Bow, NE.

He was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Hinz; mother, Twila Hinz; step-mother, Bette Hinz.

Memorial Services will be held 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 5, 2018, at Harman-Wright Mortuary Chapel in Beatrice with Pastor David Bigley officiating.  No visitation but a guestbook is available at www.harmanwrightmortuary.com Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society with the mortuary in charge.  Harman-Wright Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
