Draven Alexander Findeis

Draven Alexander Findeis, 12 years of age, of Beatrice passed away unexpectedly surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from complications with the flu at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha. He was born in Beatrice on October 5, 2006 to Eric Findeis and Holly Jones. Draven was a 6th grader at Beatrice Middle School. He was an avid artist and reader. Draven enjoyed video games, Legos, cartoons, super heroes, music, drawing, comic books and Taco Bell.

Draven is survived by his mother, Holly Jones of Beatrice; father, Eric Findeis of Omaha; grandparents, Kris Jones of Beatrice, Dennis and Deb Findeis of Marysville, Kansas; great grandparents, Arlene and Butch Panko of Syracuse, Denzil and Thelma Bell of Falls City; aunts and uncles, Jesse and Crystal Jones, April and Marty Seibert, Christina and Curtis Schmidt, all of Beatrice; and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stephen Jones; cousin, Devon Hunzeker; and several other beloved family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2018 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Pastor Rachel Johnson officiating. Casual attire is requested. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Home Cemetery in Beatrice. Closed casket visitation where guests are encouraged to sign Draven’s casket will be held from noon to 8 PM with family greeting friends from 2 to 4 PM Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. In lieu of memorials, the family encourages everyone to get a flu shot in memory of Draven. Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
