David Hite Obituary

David Dean Hite, 89 years of age, of Beatrice passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Society in Beatrice. He was born on July 26, 1929 in Uhrichsville, Ohio to Victor and Martha (Hicks) Hite. David worked at Rubbermaid in Ohio for 31 years, American Tool in DeWitt and at Walmart in Beatrice.

David is survived by his wife, Eileen; children, Linda Willard of California, Shirley Nickels and husband Lynn, Barbara Steele and husband Greg, Ronald Hite, all of Ohio, Donna Tharp and husband Sonny of Pennsylvania; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; brother, Jim Hite and wife Mary Lou; sisters, Lucille Stentz, Jo Ann Troyer and husband Dean, and Verna Miller and husband Flavil, all of Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Kris; brother, Victor; and sister Betty Brown.

Services will be held at a later date in Ohio. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary & Crematory in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
