I didn't know your beautiful daughter but when I read her obituary and saw how much she had to contribute to the world, I knew I had to express my sympathy to you. I'm very sorry you are going through this devasting pain, I can't even imagine losing a child...no matter that their age. Please accept my sincere condolences and I pray that the love of friends will bring you comfort and the love of GOD will bring you peace of mind.

To all the family,
I apoligize that it has taken me so long to write but I struggle to find anything to say. The loss you are suffering seems insurmountable to me. My heart aches for all of you and pray for Gods love and strength to bring you through this overwhelming event. Know that if you ever need to talk or get in a car and just drive about visiting the girls and myself are here for you. Hugs and prayers

Whenever I think of Charley, two immediate stories come to mind.
The night when I came down to work on the computer and both of you were not home yet. Charley and I spent the evening coloring Easter eggs using cold water. When I colored Easter eggs as a child we always used boiling water, not cold. So Charley took it on herself to teach me how to do it with cold water. Shortly after that both of you got home and we all visited for awhile before I came back home.
P.S. As I recall we never did work on the computer that night.
The other story that immediately comes to mind is one night I and someone else who was with me but for the life of me I can't remember who, came down to again work on the computer. The both of you were not home yet so we flipped on the TV and were watching a western. Charley said she just didn't understand us guy's wanting to watch violent programs all of the time. So she took the remote and flipped the channel over to something that she wanted to watch that was less violent. Her choice? WWE Wrestling!
I just wanted to share those with the two of you.

Dave & Chris, I am so lost for words and don't even know what to say. I have been constantly thinking about you two since I learned about your beautiful daughter Charlsie. They say God never gives us more than we can handle...but there are times we all question that. It's also hard to understand the reasoning. May God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you in this time of sorrow. Hold onto the wonderful memories and keep your Faith strong.
