Judy Lynne (Jones) Schwarz, 45, Beatrice, died unexpectedly, on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Beatrice, Nebraska.  She was born in Beatrice on August 19, 1964 to Floyd J. and Rosalie (Huls) Jones.  She attended Beatrice High School, Southeast Community College, and also Doane College where she received her Master’s Degree.  She worked as a TLMHP for Omni Behavioral Health, Beatrice.  She was married in 1979 to Michael Hess; on December 26, 1989, she married Bret Schwarz.  They were the parents of four boys.  She worked at Wee Care Daycare from 1985-1993; after that she opened a daycare of  her own where she also cared for her own boys; she also did substitute teaching; and she was very active in vacation bible school.  In her spare time she enjoyed golfing and shooting pool.  Judy was an energetic strong willed person who had a passion for kids and youth; she was a caring and compassionate person

Survivors include sons, Derrick, Ehren, Caleb, and Dawson Schwarz; step-sons, Ricky, Randy, and Rodney Hess of Lincoln; step-daughter, Robyn Jeffs of Tennessee; step-grandchildren, Nick and Megan; mother, Rosalie Jones of Beatrice; brother, Tony Jones and wife Amy of Gretna; sister, Peggy Loseman and husband, Ryan of Beatrice; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Jones; and first husband, Michael Hess (1989).

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 30, 2010 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Beatrice with Pastor Timothy Wagner officiating.  There will be a prayer service at 9:45 a.m. at the church prior to funeral.  Burial will be at Evergreen Home Cemetery, Beatrice.  Visitation will be at Harman-Wright Mortuary on Wednesday (7/28) from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; on Thursday (7/29) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Family will greet family and friends on Thursday (7/29) from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to the Family’s Choice with Harman-Wright Mortuary in Charge.  A guestbook is available online at http://www.harmanwrightmortuary.com for signatures and messages of condolence.  Harman-Wright Mortuary, Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
