Mary Lou White

Mary Lou White, 84 years of age, of Beatrice, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Beatrice Health & Rehabilitation in Beatrice. She was born near Liberty on September 21, 1931 to Earl and Alma (Pefferman) White. Mary Lou lived with her parents most of her life. After they passed away, Mary Lou lived in a group home for several years before moving to Beatrice Health & Rehabilitation in 2010. She enjoyed puzzles, having company, receiving cards in the mail and spending time with her family, especially the little ones.

Mary Lou is survived by her sister, Lois (Fletcher) Lampe of Beatrice; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers; 3 sisters; and a niece, Jane White.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Pastor Mark Schutt officiating. Interment will follow in the Prairie Home Cemetery near Diller. Closed casket visitation will be held from 9 AM to 7 PM Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
