Judith Ann (Kohlman) Glanz

Judith Ann Glanz, 61 of Beatrice died Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Nebraska Heart Hospital in Lincoln, NE.  She was born March 30, 1955 at Lincoln, NE to Robert Lee and Joyce Jo (Clifton) Kohlman, Sr.  Judy grew up in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1974.  She worked at Goodrich Dairy, cleaned a doctor’s home, and worked at the Holmes Lake Manor in the kitchen before marrying Bruce Glanz on October 9, 1979 in Lincoln, NE.  She then worked at Madonna Nursing Home, opened a day care, and then at the Firth Lakeview Rest Home until she was injured.  They lived in Cortland from 1990-2003 when they moved to Beatrice.  She enjoyed crafts, crocheting and reading.

Survivors include her husband, Bruce of Beatrice; son, Steven Glanz and wife Sydney of Fairbury, NE; daughter, Amy Weber and husband Fred of Adams, NE; 2 grandchildren, Cody Glanz of Fairbury, NE and Khyler Harbeson of Adams, NE; brother, Robert L. Kohlman, Jr. of Crete, NE; sister, Peggy Jo Miller of Lincoln, NE; step- mother Donna Kohlman of Michigan; half-brothers Steven Martin, Mike Martin and Jeremy Kohlman; nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by father, Robert L. Kohlman, Sr. and mother, Joyce (Clifton) Tasa.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at the Harman-Wright Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Nathan Metzger, officiating.  Inurnment will be in the Pleasantview Cemetery, rural Pickrell, NE.  No visitation.  A register book is available online at www.harmanwrightmortuary.com.  Memorials are to the family’s choice.  Harman-Wright Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
