John H. Williamson

John H. Williamson, 89, Lincoln, died Monday, July 4, 2016 after a brief battle with lymphoma.  He was born December 15, 1926 at Beatrice, NE to John H. and Edna A. (Lyndes) Williamson. He married Marjorie Powell on July 4, 1948.

John is survived by his wife Marjorie; daughter Jodi Rathe (Bob) of Nebraska City, NE; son Bruce (Vickie) of Lincoln, NE; son Scott (Michalla Schartz) of Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Jason Rathe (Kim) of Lincoln, NE; Tiffany Curry (Bill) of Shelby, NE; Travis Williamson (David Kirby) of North Attleboro, MA, Ben Williamson of Omaha, NE, Nate Williamson, Rachel Schartz and Leah Schartz all of Lincoln, NE; sister, Gwen Elmshauser of Minneapolis, MN. Great-grandchildren; Hayden and Thomas Rathe; Luke, Katelyn and Mia Curry, as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Charlotte Hanson, Bob Williamson, Walt Williamson and Klea Shiff. 

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Harman-Wright Mortuary Chapel with Rev. James Miller officiating. Private Inurnment . Visitation at the Harman-Wright Mortuary 1:00 PM- 8:00 PM Sunday.
