I was so honored to stand the flag line at the cemetery for June! It was a great service for a great man. And I can't thank him enough for bringing me a friend I have had for for 37 years and will have for life. He will never be forgotten! My thoughts are with all of the family.

To Sara and family - We are so sorry to hear of Jr's passing and are praying for you. Jr was an amazing man, so amazing that we asked him to be the Best Man for our wedding in 1951. We were very close with him during 1946 to 1950 when we were attending NU; Jerry Ballard and I often rode with him from Beatrice back to Lincoln on Sunday nights. We always laughed at his hill-billy calendars he mailed every Christmas time. He is now in a much better place and will have two legs again forever in his resurrected body, Hallelujah!

I am so sorry for your loss Mimi and Miranda~~I remember him at auctions I used to go to especially when he would put his leg on backwards! May he go rest high on that mountain and help pour out the rain~~ (((HUGS)))

Our thoughts and prayers to all of you. Junior was a good man who served his country and his community. I always enjoyed visiting with him when he came to our softball tournaments. He will be missed but will never be forgotten.

I am sorry for your loss. I used to work at the truck stop a few years ago and enjoyed seeing Jr come in he always cheered me up by seeing his nice smile. I will keep you in my prayers.
