Cheryl E. (Neihart) Pearson

Cheryl E. (Neihart) Pearson, 71 years of age, of Jansen, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at her home. She was born on July 9, 1944 in Omaha to Harold and Francis (Gottula) Neihart.

Cheryl is survived by a daughter, Donata Whitmore and husband Russell of Pickrell; 2 sons, Don Hotchkiss and wife Liz of Murray, Terry Hotchkiss and wife Jodi of Fairbury; 7 grandchildren, Nathan Imes, Colter Imes and wife Ashley, Michaella and Miranda Imes, Sierra Hotchkiss, Trinity and Tristen Hotchkiss; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Roger Neihart and wife Sally of New Hampshire; step-father, Frank Beck and wife Betty of Maryville, Missouri; many nieces and nephews; a horse, Pegasus; and a dog, Hondo. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation or services at this time. A memorial is established to the Family’s Choice in care of the mortuary. Harman-Wright Mortuary & Crematory in Beatrice in charge of arrangements.
