Charlotte A. (Nickeson) Williams

Charlotte A. (Nickeson) Williams, 72 years of age, of Wymore, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln. She was born on November 3, 1944 in Beatrice to Roy E. and Faye E. (Wells) Nickeson. Charlotte married Robert O. “Butch” Williams of Wymore in 1963. They had two sons, Jeffery R who died in a vehicle accident in 1991 and Travis R “Kip”. Charlotte and Butch managed the Bar 213 in Wymore for 4 years and then managed the Wymore Legion Club for 12 years. She was a Customer Service Manager and Cashier at Walmart in Beatrice for the past 16 years.

Charlotte is survived by her husband of 54 years, Butch; son, Travis “Kip” of Beatrice; 2 grandsons, Trevor and Tyler of Beatrice; and 2 sisters, Beverly Fortner of Lincoln and Shirley Schmale of Beatrice. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeff; brother, Robert Nickeson; and brother-in-law, Vern Schmale.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 7, 2017 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice with Jon Palmquist officiating. Interment will follow in the Wymore Cemetery. Closed casket visitation will be held from 9 AM to 5 PM Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Harman-Wright Mortuary in Beatrice. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the mortuary.
